Matei is outstanding and very easy to do business with. He always works hard to find the best bank and secure the most favorable interest rates for his clients. This is my third mortgage transaction with him (2016, 2017, and now), and each experience has been excellent.
I highly recommend Mat without any hesitation.

Mateo Saraga handled the loan process related to the purchase of the apartment at Lincoln Towers Condominium with outstanding professionalism. His efficiency, clear communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

As a Realtor, I have been working with Miami Beach Mortgage Lenders, for over 10 years now. With every transaction I have made, they have shown the highest level of professionalism and knowledge. To me there is only one Mortgage Lender company, and that is MBML.

Mateo served as my buyer’s agent & broker. I reached out to him electronically based on other’s online reviews, and he was quick to respond and offer assistance. After viewing a few properties, we put in an offer which was accepted. I found Mateo to be very responsive to text messages, emails, and phone calls, answering any questions I had throughout the process. He clearly communicated and explained everything having to do with my condo purchase so I wasn’t left “in the dark” about anything having to do with the purchase. I’d recommend Mateo to anyone looking for a local Realtor and/or broker.

Fantastic job by the Miami Beach Mortgage Lenders team. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. Throughout the mortgage process they were very supportive and responsive.

I will tell you this: we tried working with the big guys (Wells Fargo, Rocket Mortgage) but we had such a bad experience with them (got prequaled but they didn't know much about the condo questionnaires (wasted $s)). But thank GOD we found Mateo from MB Mortgage Lending. He is absolutely amazing, KNOWS HIS STUFF (I work for Freddie Mac I can confirm), and was amazed by how fast he was able to get us through the process (which is different in Miami and Florida than other places).

Also amazing guy, easy to work with. 5 stars all around!

Highly highly recommended!!
